Good Day on the Campaign Trail....

This morning I was honored to speak before a group of retired Teamsters. It was a great opportunity to hear their concerns and many members' stated support of my run for DA. Coming out of the meeting at around 11:30 am, I picked up the Sun and saw a supportive letter to the editor and another front page recognition of the problems Ramos is facing (when Postmus argued at his arraignment that he could not be represented by the public defender's office due the affair one of the key public defenders had with Ramos and Postmus' criticism of that relationship). Upon return to my office I opened a letter and saw a nice endorsement from Board of Directors of the Community Action Fund of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties. Good day on the campaign trail.
