Ramos is getting the money the GOP Central Committee used to??

Looky here guys-- talk is cheap and getting cheaper. Without Postmus' corrupt fund-raising, the GOP Central Committee is broke. What does that say about the party of Ramos--wait a second, doesn't Ramos have a little less than a half million in his campaign for DA?
