Any election violations seen?? Here are some helpful links:

Some common violations:

Below is an online form that can be filled out to make a complaint for violations of the Election Code to the State should you feel making a complaint to your registrar of voters may be a waste of time or its tailored to serve the wealthy only:

Other potential election code based violations are found at California Election Code § 15610, 15620-15634, 15640-15642, 16400-16404, 16420-16421, 16440-16444, 18560-18578--some with very tight time lines (5 days after canvassing is complete for recount requests), the DA can petition the superior court for a recount where there are errors (whether electronic or mechanical) in tallying votes (there are numerous other grounds under Election Code § 15640(a)(1)-(2)--when request by the County Board of Supervisors or Grand Jury makes the request and causes the petition to be filed within 25 days of the election. Contesting elections are also allowed under §16400-16444. If you think you have some right of action under one or more of the election code sections, lawyer up. Retain qualified counsel ASAP.
